In this session of our Connecting for Conservation webinar series, we will discuss the continuing imprint redlining – a system of historical racism in housing – has on urban tree canopy in cities throughout the United States. We will also explore the important role trees play in urban cooling and resilience and innovative programs to improve tree cover and green spaces in vulnerable communities.
